    We know how important it is for children and young people to have the time and space to recharge their social batteries across educational settings but we know how this is rarely applied consistently so that students know they have somewhere to be where they are psychologically safe. Quiet Zones looks to address this.

    Our education system has failed to keep up with current research. Our understanding of the human brain is developing quickly as is our understanding of learning. Giving young people a degree of autonomy and allowing learning to be self-directed, young people learn better and can develop more healthy lives.

    One of the most challenging things in communities of all sizes (schools included) is the ability to embed the best ideas and interventions. We have designed an approach that combines research around diffusion as a way of initiating and promoting social change with exciting business approaches that look to connect with each group and meet their expectations.

    STAGE 1 - IDEA TO CONCEPT

    For decades, young people and families have struggled to unlock access to the best strategies capable of meeting their needs quickly and efficiently. The focus remains on acquiring a particular diagnosis which can take months or years. Yet at the heart of the most familiar diagnoses sits a collection of core strategies capable of making their lives much easier. Neurotrack is designed to bridge that gap by placing the strategies within hand’s reach of families.

  • AUDITION

    STAGE 1 - IDEA TO CONCEPT

    For many young people, getting through the challenge of job applications and interviews is a real barrier to gaining meaningful employment, even when, given the opportunity to work, they would easily prove their worth. Audition looks to push past the generic application process and give them the opportunity to play to their strengths.

    STAGE 4 - BEING TESTED

    Collaborative Conversations has surfaced in response to how easily adults and students in schools struggle to develop learning relationships. It’s tagline is “because every day is negotiation day.” How we say things and the assumptions we make can cause distress of everyone and create stand-offs. Collaborative Conversations has been designed to challenge this.

Understanding our product development stages

  • 1. Idea to Concept

    In stage one, having identified a potential solution to a specific problem we develop the idea into a concept. The way we do this is to create a branded document that enables others to see the idea come to life as if it was already part of our DNA. It’s an exciting first step. We are already aligning this with current research.

  • 2. Concept to Prototype

    In stage two, we develop the concept into a workable prototype. This prototype acts as a “minimal value product” that is designed to work as well as we can make it without investing in extensive resources.

  • 3. Ready to test

    In stage three we are looking for early adopters. The prototype is ready. It takes time to find the right partners.

  • 4. Being tested

    In stage four we are testing the prototype. We are learning quickly and testing different versions. Will this have the desired impact? Do we need to pivot?

  • 5. Ready for release

    In stage five we are ready for the release. The products are made available in their fullest version. It doesn’t stop there because we will be looking to refine the product and seek new markets.
