Tina Farr
Tina is a passionate educator interested in transforming schools into systems that thrive and learn rapidly from feedback.
Her driving inspiration was, and always will be, the late Sir Ken Robinson. Watching his 2006 TED Talk, 'Why do schools kill creativity?' awakened something in her that wouldn't rest. She felt a calling akin to nothing she had experienced before, compelling her to try to apply these principles, to create schools with conditions where each individual, child or adult, can unleash their creativity, belong and thrive socially and academically.
11 years later she is learning more now than ever. As we respond to the feedback and learn from our school system, we are sometimes at the edge of our comfort zone. Tina reads avidly about leadership, systems and our human need for belonging.
