Transform Justice is a national charity campaigning for a fairer, more humane, more open and effective justice system. Through research, evidence and persuading practitioners and politicians, we hope to help drive improvements to the UK justice system.

I’m actively seeking to widen my network and invite conversation regarding past, present or future projects. Particular areas of interest are: current trends, video technology, bail and remand, breach and recall, criminal records, policing, standards of advocacy, mental health and domestic violence.

Prior to this, I set up the Voluntary Action Media Unit at TimeBank before joining the Prison Reform Trust to run the Out of Trouble campaign to reduce child and youth imprisonment in the UK. I’ve also sat as a magistrate, and before being inspired to move to the voluntary sector, worked as a radio producer at the BBC.
