Penny Anne O'Donnell
Penny-Anne was elected as the National Voluntary Director of the Conservative Policy Forum (CPF) in March 2022. Alongside this role, she has been serving as a Consultant Speech and Language Therapist for over two decades, running an independent clinical practice. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
In addition to her work in speech therapy, Penny-Anne is also a Councillor for Warwickshire County Council, where her priorities lie in education, creating safer roads in the area, as well as working closely with our Safer Neighbourhood Team. As a Councillor on Stratford District Council until 2023, she chaired the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Having stood as a candidate in the 2019 general election, Penny-Anne is deeply committed to bringing positive change and progress through political engagement. During her tenure as National Voluntary Director of the CPF, she was proud to have seen a significant increase in membership, with over 11.5 thousand members now part of our community.
