She has over 25 years combined teaching and consultancy experience spanning all ages and key stages across local authority maintained, multi academy trust operated, community, and independent schools both in the UK and worldwide. She is a recognised expert in the field of inclusion and has chaired a global School Principals Summit on inclusive education at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
