Sarah is a teacher-parent-coach, deeply committed to enabling ALL children access to educational solutions that allow them to thrive, not merely survive.

We are facing the uncomfortable truth that ever increasing numbers of our children and teachers are profoundly unhappy due to school. Despite the tight constraints mainstream schools are subjected to, there are exciting options available - right now - that can improve children’s educational wellbeing and alleviate the pressure on all concerned.

Frustratingly, few people know about them and even fewer understand their potential to improve things.

At the moment her work is concentrated in two areas.

1) Establishing and leading Finding the Flex to support local authorities, multi academy trusts and schools in devising and implementing flexischooling policies

2) Working as an education wellbeing coach with families and in schools, when children are very unhappy at school or unable to attend at all. Primarily I help families unpick what is going wrong, explore their educational options and make a plan to improve things.
