Zoya Wallington is a researcher and evaluator who has supported leading UK charities, trusts and school groups to capture the impact of their work. She is part of a multidisciplinary team of practitioners, researchers and designers, whose shared goal is to build a children’s sector that working class families can trust.
Zoya specialises in bringing together leaders and underserved communities with diverse perspectives and priorities. The aim of her work, is that all children and young people can access learning and support which is trustworthy and built on a solid understanding of their everyday lives.
